Mod gems are my best friend.
Expeditions are the best source of mod gems other than advent side story. I make it my mission to be able to carry my guildies. All teams can one-shot most of the time. I also try to keep the hero pool to a minimum so I can use them for RTA or just conserve gear.
Fire Expedition
Consistently can 100% full auto. Run it full auto with Luna and Camila skills off. Tachi is absolutely broken here as it activates through the boss’ special debuff.

Luna with S1 EE enables her to constantly attack after the boss does his ult. She does a crazy amount of damage with Jack-O artifact but you can also use Merciless Glutton or any other damage artifact.

She gives the attack buff as well as CR - most importantly to Camila. The candle stick along with S3 EE helps to maximise S3 uptime. 230 is the minimum speed and this level of HP/Def is just enough to tank.

With Tachi she no longer needs 200 ER to ensure her dual attacks. Run her with skills off to maximize def breaks and damage. If she does not work in light expo, you can run her pure speed and 85EFF.

You don’t need this much bulk but the speed is extremely helpful. Tome is a must for this comp.
Water Expedition
Full clear 100% time due to Lilka and Camila’s incredible support mechanics.

Ram’s kit is built for water expedition. The higher her skills the easier it is, start with S2 then S1. The ATK break increases the team survivability a lot. She’s on speed boots to increase synergy with Roozid and increase consistency.

Run her with skills off purely as an additional def break and damage source with her dual attacks. The replacement of MHelga ensures that both Idol’s Cheer and Lilka only push Ram.

Lilka is a straight up better Roozid, she provides: CR push, ATK buff, speed buff, speed down, ATK down and target with Song of the Stars. She needs EFF and speed to do her job, DPS is just bonus.

Using my current PVP build for Roana. She works with 20K HP 2K def with zero speed. Skills off. Idol’s Cheer is best in slot to constantly push Ram for more damage.
Earth Expedition
Almost 100% team with Lilka.

Meru is so good here, the extra attack from the friend artifact along with revive just make her a DPS beast. Easy +15 as I also use her in PVP. Nice that even this GW def build works.

She enables better consistency than Camila due to combination target debuff, higher attack buff uptime and additional debuffs to the boss.

I built her for light expo but she ended up being more useful here. The extra def break made my team much more consistent along with the immunity to better deal with the poisons. Best tank for this expo. Any knight artifact works here. Speed down EE helps the team cycle more.

She does so much here: heals with Bloodstone. strips the boss and provides speed buff to cycle the team. She doesn't need these offences stats to be effective, just a bit of speed and Eff. S1 EE keeps the boss from getting ATK buff to keep Lilka safe.
Dark Expedition
One shots almost all the time. Just press auto at the start of the fight with only Luna’s skills turned off.

She just does a shit load of damage with CR push EE as long as there’s a defense break.

Her immunity prevents the turret from delaying your skills and the S1 defense breaks help give the team more damage and consistency. Speed down EE helps the team cycle more.

She’s the best support here as she not only has a non-attack skill but with Tachi she brings Luna in for an attack every time with a def break to boot. Run with skills on. If she does not work in light expedition a faster build with just 85EFF would be best.

She’s PVE queen for a reason! Give Cecilia Aurius if she can’t sustain your team. The 100ER is needed to resist the boss and the 85% Eff to remove his defense buff.
Light Expedition
This team does a full clear on auto 90% of the time with the damage upgrades and swap to Karin. The clear is still 100% reliant on def breaks and stripping the boss’ def buff.

She’s the main DPS and the extra speed is there to help her cycle more with border coin. I find this more consistent than slow rage set as she doesn’t need to completely rely on the dual attacks. She’s got a damage upgrade to maximize the chance of of clearing the expo. S1 EE.

Karin brings a bit more consistency to the fight compared with MHelga due to the strip EE. Alabastron provides another change to speed down and def break. RnL would be another option here along with a speed/pen build.

Her main role is to bring Cermia for damage or Cecilia for a def break. Song of Stars helps the team’s damage and life steal survivability. The CC team imprints help to maximize Karin and Cermia’s damage. Can bring Laika instead but she needs to be DPS to heal.

Slow one also works, try to tune her so she gets immunity after every barrier phase. Use her S2 EE for another chance for slow debuff. Speed down EE helps the team cycle more.
